1. Purpose

The present Terms of Service define the conditions of use of the Yeemel platform, accessible at yeemel.com, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties.

2. Acceptance

Registration on Yeemel implies full acceptance of these Terms. The user acknowledges having read them and agrees to comply with them. Yeemel reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes by email or notification on the platform.

3. Description of the Service

Yeemel is a SaaS platform that allows users to:

  • Transform audio content (files or YouTube links) into newsletters using artificial intelligence.
  • Manage and send newsletters by email to their contacts.
  • Create and manage automated email sequences.
  • Create custom bio pages with custom domains.
  • Track performance statistics.

4. Registration and Account

Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. They are responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and all activity carried out from their account. In case of unauthorized use, the user must inform Yeemel immediately.

5. Subscriptions and Payment

Yeemel offers several subscription plans (Free, Starter, Creator, Pro). Payments are securely processed by Stripe. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the user's choice. Users can change plans or cancel their subscription at any time from their billing settings.

6. User Content

Users retain full ownership of their content (audio, text, newsletters, contacts). Yeemel claims no ownership rights over content generated or imported by the user. Users agree not to use the Service to send illegal, defamatory content, or content that infringes on the rights of third parties.

7. Email Sending

Users agree to comply with applicable laws regarding the sending of commercial emails, and in particular to only send emails to contacts who have given their prior consent (opt-in). Users agree to include an unsubscribe link in every email sent via the platform. Any abusive use (spam, phishing, misleading content) will result in immediate account suspension.

8. Liability

Yeemel strives to ensure the availability and proper functioning of the Service. However, Yeemel shall not be held liable for temporary interruptions, technical malfunctions, or data loss. Content generated by artificial intelligence is provided for informational purposes only. The user remains solely responsible for reviewing and validating all content before sending.

9. Termination
