The dashboard gives you an overview of your performance at a glance.

Key indicators#

Email statistics#

• Emails sent: total number of emails sent over the period
• Open rate: percentage of contacts who opened your email
• Click rate: percentage of contacts who clicked a link in your email
• Bounce rate: percentage of undelivered emails
• Complaint rate: percentage of contacts who reported your email as spam

Bio page statistics#

• Page views: total number of visits to your bio page
• Unique visitors: number of distinct people who visited
• Clicks: total number of clicks on your links
• Click-through rate (CTR): ratio of clicks to page views

Contact growth#

• New contacts: number of new subscribers over the period
• Active contacts: total number of contacts who can receive emails
• Unsubscribes: number of unsubscribes over the period

Charts#

The dashboard displays interactive charts:

• Daily send curve: visualize your sending volume over time
• Opens and clicks: compare rates day by day
• Contact growth: track your list's evolution

Advanced statistics#

Starting from the Creator plan, access:

• Details per newsletter (which newsletter performs best)
• Top clicked links
• Geographic distribution of opens
• Optimal opening times

Export#

The Pro plan allows you to export your statistics as CSV for in-depth analysis in Excel or Google Sheets.
