Digital delivery

When a customer purchases a digital product on your bio page, Yeemel automatically handles the delivery.

The process#

  1. Purchase: the customer clicks "Buy" and pays via Stripe
  2. Confirmation: a confirmation email is sent immediately
  3. Download: the customer receives a secure link to download the file
  4. Tagging: the contact is automatically tagged buyer:{product-name}

Upload your file#

When creating the product, upload the file to deliver:

  • Supported formats: PDF, ZIP, MP3, MP4, and more
  • The file is stored securely
  • The download link is unique and secure

Post-purchase sequence#

You can set up an automated email sequence that starts after each purchase. This is ideal for:

  • Welcoming the customer and explaining how to use the product
  • Supporting them with complementary content
  • Building loyalty by offering other relevant products

Example post-purchase sequence#

  • Day 0: "Thank you for your purchase! Here's how to get started"
  • Day 2: "3 tips to get the most out of [product]"
  • Day 5: "Do you have any questions? I'm here to help"
  • Day 7: "Also check out [other product], which perfectly complements [product]"

Automatic tags#

Each purchase automatically generates tags on the contact:

  • buyer:{product-name}: identifies buyers
  • clicked:{product-name}: identifies those who clicked (even without purchasing)

These tags allow you to segment your contacts and send targeted communications.
