Optimize your conversions
Data is your best ally for improving your newsletter and your sales. Here's how to use it.
Optimize opens#
The email subject line#
This is the number one factor that influences open rates.
Best practices:
- Keep it short: 30 to 50 characters
- Create curiosity without being clickbait
- Use numbers ("3 tips for...")
- Personalize when possible
- Avoid spam words (FREE, URGENT, etc.)

Send timing#
Test different days and times. Generally:
- Tuesday through Thursday: best days for B2B newsletters
- Saturday morning: good for B2C lifestyle newsletters

Optimize clicks#
The CTA (Call to Action)#
- One main CTA per email
- Clear, action-oriented text ("Discover the method", not "Click here")
- Visually distinct (button or highlighted link)
- Placed early in the email AND repeated at the end
Content structure#

Optimize bio page conversions#

- If the form appears but few sign up → improve the title and value proposition
- If many sign up → test a higher threshold to better qualify leads
Block order#
Analyze clicks per link in your statistics and place the most clicked links at the top of your page.
