Conversion funnels

Funnels let you create multi-step conversion paths and track your contacts' progression at each step.

What is a funnel?#

A funnel (or conversion tunnel) is a step-by-step path your contacts follow, from discovery to purchase. Yeemel automatically tags contacts based on their progression.

Example funnel#

  1. Signup: the contact signs up via your bio page
  2. Open: they open your welcome email
  3. Click: they click a link in your sequence
  4. Purchase: they buy your product

At each step, a tag is automatically added (e.g., funnel:step1, funnel:step2, etc.).

Create a funnel#

  1. Go to the Contacts section > Funnels
  2. Click New funnel
  3. Name your funnel (e.g., "Welcome tunnel")
  4. Define the steps with their actions and tags

Visualize conversions#

Yeemel displays the conversion rate between each step of your funnel:

  • Step 1 → Step 2: what percentage of contacts move to the next step?
  • Bottlenecks: identify where you lose the most contacts
  • Overall rate: from first contact to final action

Auto-tagging#

Each funnel step automatically tags contacts. You can use these tags to:

  • Send targeted emails to contacts stuck at a step
  • Create Smart audiences based on funnel progression
  • Personalize your sequences based on engagement level

Best practices#

  • Keep your funnels simple: 3 to 5 steps maximum
  • Identify blockers: if the rate drops between two steps, improve that transition
  • Combine with sequences: trigger a follow-up sequence for stuck contacts
  • Measure regularly: track the evolution of your conversion rates

Availability#

Funnels are available starting from the Creator plan (39 EUR/month).
