Automate sending
Yeemel handles sending your emails automatically. Set it up once, and your sequences run on their own.
How does automation work?#
A processing system checks every 5 minutes whether there are emails to send. For each contact enrolled in a sequence:
- The system calculates whether the delay since the last step has been reached
- It verifies that the configured send time is respected
- It sends the email and moves the contact to the next step
Configure the send time#
Choose what time your emails go out. For example, if you set 9:00 AM:
- An email scheduled for Monday will be sent on Monday at 9:00 AM
- If a contact is enrolled on a Monday at 3:00 PM, the first email will go out on Tuesday at 9:00 AM (unless the "send immediately" option is enabled)
Weekday-only sending#
Enable this option to prevent your emails from arriving on weekends. Emails scheduled for Saturday or Sunday will be postponed to Monday.
The warmup system#
To protect your sender reputation, Yeemel gradually increases sending volume:
| Week | Max emails/day |
|---|---|
| 1 | 50 |
| 2 | 100 |
| 3 | 250 |
| 4 | 500 |
| 5 | 1,000 |
| 6+ | 2,500 |
Warmup increments automatically if no issues are detected (bounces, complaints).
Reputation protection#
Yeemel actively monitors the health of your sends:
- Alert if the bounce rate exceeds 5%
- Automatic block if the bounce rate exceeds 8% or complaints exceed 0.2%
- Invalid addresses are automatically blacklisted
Email provider#
Emails are sent through Resend, a premium deliverability service. Creator+ users can also use Gmail as an alternative sending channel.
