Smart Sending

Smart Sending protects your sender reputation and optimizes your sends automatically.

Duplicate detection#

Yeemel automatically prevents sending the same newsletter twice to the same contact. If you click "Send" when a contact has already received that email, they will be automatically excluded from the send.

Adaptive cadence#

The system automatically adjusts the sending frequency based on each contact's engagement:

• Highly active contacts (regularly open and click) → receive your emails normally
• Moderately active contacts → slightly reduced frequency
• Cold contacts (haven't opened in a long time) → reduced frequency to avoid complaints

This protects your deliverability by sending less to disengaged contacts.

Automatic marking#

Each sent newsletter is automatically marked as "sent" to prevent accidental re-sends. You can see the status of each newsletter in your newsletter list.
